Thanks for following up so fast... I really appreciate it...

I have to tell you honestly, I expected the process of buying an RV to be painful... at best. In fact it was genuinely pleasant. My concern was that I had no baseline to judge price and quality (such as KBB for autos), so I fully expected to pay too much and feel slighted in the end...

Instead Chuck was a real straight shooter; he acknowledged my experiential shortcomings in buying an RV and I feel made a good accommodation for it. In fact when I did have chance to evaluate the cost of what I paid vs. the market, I feel I got the right deal without going too far over the expected cost...

Additionally, the gentleman who reviewed the camper with us (I believe it was Ken?) was extraordinary and frankly "sold" us the camper when we came to pick it up... As new campers he thoroughly reviewed the camper itself and gave GREAT commentary about experiences he had with a similar model camper. Frankly, the after sale service made the experience more than worth the money we paid.

Thanks again for your help here and you can COUNT on my wife and I as customers in the future... I should also mention we told everyone we meet about our experience there... I hope it turned into more sales for you and your team!
